Our busy, privately owned dental practice in Spokane’s South Hill is looking for a warm, organized, and compassionate Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. You’ll work alongside our current front desk team members, so you’ll always have support while playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Office Flow
· Greet patients warmly and manage a multi-line phone system
· Schedule and maintain the daily appointment calendar
· Coordinate smooth communication between front and back office team members
· Maintain a professional, welcoming reception area
· Protect patient privacy and confidentiality
Accounts Receivable
· Collect payments at time of service
· Manage accounts receivable and follow up on past-due balances
Patient Care & Treatment Coordination
· Present treatment plans and answer patient questions
· Clearly explain insurance benefits and financial responsibilities
· Schedule and confirm treatment and recall appointments
Insurance & Billing
· Verify completed procedures with the dentist and cross-check codes in Dentimax
· Submit and track insurance claims
· Ensure billing accuracy and timely payment processing

Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required
· Fluent in English
· Understanding of dental insurance and fee-for-service practices preferred
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Friendly, professional phone etiquette
· Detail-oriented and dependable
Compensation: $20-$30 per hour based on experience.
